Yo incluso lo dejaría o le diría al antivirus que los omitiese. De todas formas, busca el virus que te encuentra el antivirus, en alguna biblioteca de virus. Allí seguro que podrás encontrar unas instrucciones de desinfección manual. Yo suelo utilizar la biblioteca de Norton Symantec, aunque hay otras.
